I was privileged to be one of the photographers at this beautiful event designed by Heather Benge. Not only is she a rock star planner, but she is a kind, inspiring soul as well. Her vision for the day stemmed from The Knot’s color of the year- ultra violet. However, she did it with a classic lavender feel to match the atmosphere of Laurel Hall, which is elegant and tasteful. Mixed in with pinks and greens, she pulled the look together with details such as the cocktail ice cubes with floral pieces, pink tables goblets from Nerdy Fox Rentals, and gorgeous dresses from Leena’s Bridal. One of the brides was paired with a rescue dog from Heaven After Hell dog rescue, and of course he had a floral collar. Laurel Hall has dreamy open windows, a grand staircase leading to the courtyard, and antique stone layering the walkways. It was the perfect setting for a spring violet wedding.
